About returns and exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items.

・Items purchased from other than our online shop

・Items with an unknown order number issued by our online shop

・Items with traces of use

・Items washed

・Product with name option

・Defective products not caused by our company

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning or exchanging.

Delivery note/invoice

Products shipped from the online shop do not include price tags, invoices, delivery notes, or other documents that indicate the product price.

●If you would like to see your order details

Please print out the content of [Complete order] sent by e-mail from us after the order is completed.

●If you want a receipt

Please fill in the receipt request, address, and proviso in the remarks column of the purchase screen.
